Our Mini Hokkien Rice Dumpling is a perfectly portioned, bite-sized version of the classic Hokkien Bak Chang, designed for those who enjoy a savoury snack with a deep, traditional flavour. Each mini dumpling is crafted from premium glutinous rice, which is stir-fried with dark soy sauce and aromatic spices to achieve its signature savoury fragrance and rich, golden-brown hue.

To maintain the perfect balance of flavours in this smaller format, the filling focuses on the core of the Hokkien tradition: tender pork cubes marinated in our secret five-spice blend. Due to its petite size, we have excluded chestnuts and mushrooms to ensure each bite is consistently packed with succulent, well-seasoned meat and fragrant rice. Hand-wrapped in bamboo leaves and boiled to a moist, tender consistency, it offers a hearty taste of heritage in a convenient mini size.
