Shipping policy
Note:Â In the event of any discrepancies between this Shipping Policy and our Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions will prevail, as customers explicitly agree to them upon checkout.
1. Order Policy
1.1. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The minimum online order amount (excluding delivery fees) may vary. To check the latest prices for your delivery or self-collection date, click here.
1.2. Â Online orders must be placed at least 2 days in advance.
1.3. Prices and shipping policies may be adjusted based on demand and supply. Ordering early does not guarantee the lowest price.
2. Shipping Options

2.2. Â Delivery Time Slots:

- 9 AM – 3 PM   (Morning / Early Afternoon)
- 12 PM – 6 PM  (Afternoon)
- 9 AM – 6 PM   (Whole day)
- 6 PM – 10 PM  (Evening)
2.3. Â Self-Collection Time Slots:

- 10 AM – 8 PM
- 8 AM – 11 PM (Balestier only)
3. Delivery Information
3.1. Â We only deliver within Singapore (island-wide).
3.2. Delivery Charges:

- $18Â for all orders below $120.
- $12Â for orders between $120 and $199.99 inclusive.
- Free delivery for orders of $200 or more.

Minimum order value applies for the following delivery/collection dates:

13–15 Jun 2026: Minimum order: $100
- 16–17 Jun 2026: Minimum order: $200 (free delivery).

18–19 Jun 2026: Minimum order: $300 (free delivery).

3.3. Â Each order covers one delivery location and one date. For multiple locations or dates, place separate orders.

4. Contactless Delivery & Re-Delivery
4.1. Â Deliveries default to contactless (items will be left at your doorstep). If you prefer non-contactless delivery, please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
4.2 If no one is available for non-contactless delivery and the recipient is unreachable, a re-delivery fee of $20 applies. We will contact you to reschedule.
4.3 If rescheduling is not possible, a $20 cancellation fee applies to cover the cost of the delivery attempt, and transaction processing costs.
5. Cancellation & Modification Policy
5.1 No Modifications Allowed

- Once an order is confirmed, no modifications to items are allowed.
- If you need different items, you must place a new order and request a cancellation of your previous order (see Section 5.3).
5.2 Delivery Date Changes

- You may change your delivery date for free once if you notify us at least 2 days in advance.
- Requests made less than 2 days before delivery will be considered a major modification and will incur a $10 administrative fee.
5.3 Cancellations & Refunds

- Cancellations after order confirmation will incur a $10 administrative fee to cover transaction processing costs (e.g., Shopify/PayPal fees).
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
5.4 Rescheduling & Order Rejection

- If we need to reschedule or cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you at least one day in advance and provide a full refund without any fees deducted.
