Refund policy

1. General Return Process
If you return a product to us for any reason (e.g., cancellation, disagreement with policy changes, dissatisfaction, or defects), we will inspect the product upon receipt. Based on our assessment:

  • If the product is defective, we will either replace it or issue a full refund.
  • If you requested a refund, we will process it using the same payment method as the original transaction.
  • Refunds will be processed as soon as possible.

2. Returns Due to Defects or Cooling-off Period

  • If you return a product due to a defect or within the seven-day cooling-off period, you will receive a full refund, minus delivery costs (except for defective products, where delivery costs will also be refunded).

3. Quantity Discrepancies

  • If the quantity of products delivered is less than what was ordered, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery. If we do not receive a notification within this period, we will not be liable for the shortfall, and the original payment will remain due.

4. Return Shipping Costs

    • The cost of returning a product is your responsibility, except when returning a defective or incorrect item.
