The heart of the dumpling features a smooth, velvety red bean paste filling that provides a gentle, earthy sweetness. To ensure the highest standards of dietary requirements and flavour purity, these dumplings are cooked in a dedicated, separate stainless steel container, completely isolated from our savoury meat-based dumplings. This meticulous preparation preserves the clean, sweet profile of the alkaline rice and bean paste.
